Cuban Cigar Online - Returning Policy 

You can not return the boxes after 7 Days of being delivered.

International Orders can not be refused. The package will be abandoned at the post office. 

We do not accept refuse, returns or exchanges, unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately (within one week) at [email protected] with details/photos of the product and the defect or filling the return form click here  

We will fully examine the photos or proofs and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product (Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost) or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.


Return Label will be provided via email, to use it and ship depending on the package location. 

The Returned boxes must be handled very carefully in order to ship them back. Very well protected.  In the case of returning incomplete boxes, we may charge 30% and re-stocking fees.
