The Authentic legally purchased Cuban cigars have new transparent seal on all boxes of Cuban cigars sold in official stores on the island. Boxes must also have a new hologram sticker affixed to their bottom right-hand corners.

If you are unhappy with your cigars you are welcome to send them back, no later then 10 days after receiving the cigars and providing that you keep them in their original packaging proving their origin. You will be offered a box of the same cigars or your money back. We are certain, however, that this won't happen because we are obsessed by quality and service.
